If you return your order in full, the funds will be automatically refunded to the card used for the purchase within 7 working days from the moment the returned product is received and inspected by the seller.

To return a product, please fill out the following form.

If you return part of an order (for example, 1 out of 4 items), the refund will be transferred to your bank card.

I confirm that the statutory period of 14 days (excluding the day of purchase) has not yet passed. The product remains unused, with its original appearance, labels, packaging, and all components intact.

I confirm that I have read and agree to the exchange/return policy for goods purchased on cenc.com.ua.

By filling out this form, I agree with the Privacy Policy.

Please note that the seller has the right to refuse to exchange/return the product if the rules and conditions specified in this section are not followed.
